We transfer the magnetic stripe and/or EMV chip from your plastic card into your new metal card using a precise, bank-compliant duplication process. This preserves all original functionality, including:

How do I send in my card in?
We make it simple and secure:
Place your order online and upload your design or choose a premade one.
You’ll receive a prepaid, trackable return envelope with a protective card sleeve inside.
Insert your plastic card into the sleeve and mail it back using the label provided.
We engrave your custom metal card and return it — often within just a few days.
You’ll get tracking updates both ways, and we never leave your card unattended.

How long does the Engraving process take?
Once we receive your card, the engraving and chip/stripe transfer process typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Here’s the full timeline:
Day 1–2: We receive and inspect your card
Day 2–3: We engrave your custom design, transfer the chip/stripe, and perform a function check
Day 3–4: Your new metal card ships back with full tracking
Total turnaround time: 7–10 days including shipping, or 3–5 days with rush processing.
