How it Works
A simple, secure process designed so customers are never without access to their account.
STEP 1
Order a Replacement Card
Customer requests a replacement card from their bank first. They can continue using their current card while waiting.
Timeline note: Typical bank replacement: 3–7 business days.
STEP 2
Place a PrideMark Order
Customer selects their metal card, uploads/customizes the design, and completes checkout.
Important reassurance (can be short):
- No bank login credentials required
- No account or financial data accessed or stored
STEP 3
Pause the Card
Before mailing the card, the customer pauses or locks it through their bank’s app or customer service.
STEP 4
Mail the Card to PrideMark
After checkout, PrideMark sends the customer a prepaid return kit that includes:
- Bubble mailer
- Paper card sleeve
- Prepaid USPS return label
- Simple instruction card
- Customer places the paused card in the sleeve, seals the mailer, and drops it in the mail.
Timeline: Return shipping to PrideMark: 2–5 business days
STEP 5
PrideMark Processing
Once received, PrideMark:
Logs and inspects the card
Transfers chip and/or magstripe
Applies engraving and finishing
Performs quality control
Timeline: Processing time: 1–3 business days
STEP 6
Return Shipping
The finished metal card is securely packaged and shipped back to the customer with tracking.
Timeline: Return shipping: 2–5 business days Customer unpauses the card and begins using it.
TOTAL TIMELINE SUMMARY: Most orders are completed in approximately 7–14 business days, depending on bank replacement speed and shipping.
